Off the Grid

Off The Grid originated as a small food truck in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands. Rising to popularity in the islands, Off The Grid settled in a quaint artists' community with its first brick and mortar establishment. Sadly, tragedy struck in 2017 when Hurricane Irma struck the US Virgin Islands. Like many others, Off The Grid's time in the islands had to come to an end. We didn't want to give up so began the new adventure of Off The Grid on Cape Cod. We worked day and night establishing our new "food bus" and recreating the same atmosphere and food that "OTG" once served. With the love and support of our new local family, we were able to expand our roots and start the Hillport Gallery location. Finally, we found our new home and created that artist's community we once belonged too, right here in the owner's hometown of Sandwich, Ma.

Beyond the incredibly delicious smoked BBQ, stacked burgers, specialty cocktails and crafted brews, we have many other surprises on campus. New to the family is "Smokin' Bowls Ramen" and "Lil' Phatty's" where you can find a variety of deliciousness. Come inside the Hillport Gallery to view our collection of locally curated works from some of our favorite artists.
