Reservation Deposit
To secure a room reservation a valid credit card will be required and a one night deposit will be charged to guarantee the reservation. Guests MUST be 21 to reserve a room and to check in.
Cancellation Policy
May - October: 7 days prior to arrival date. November - April: 3 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, guests will be charged for the first night of their stay.
Guest Check-in and Departure
Guest check in - 3 pm. Check out - 11 am. Early check-in fee of $10. will apply if room is available before 3pm. Valid ID and credit card will be required upon check in.
Smoking Policy
Majority of our guest rooms are smoke-free. We kindly ask that you help keep our smoke-free rooms just that. Guests found to be smoking in guest rooms will be charged a minimum of $100 per day for deep-cleaning.
Children
We welcome children of all ages as our very special guests. There is no additional room charge for children under the age of 17.
Extra Adult fee
Our rates are based on double occupancy and extra adult fees will apply to any room that has more than 2 adults staying. Extra adult fee is $15+tax per night/per person for 18 years and over.
